The training programm for the race was well structured, and the touristic highlights innovative and varied. Charles knows all the best spots in Cape Town and is a good organiser. We booked the Soulriding - Pre Argus and Race tour. Charles, our tour leader took us on amazing coastal rides on the Cape Penisula and Gordons Bay. In Franschhoek and in the mountains passes the going got tough... With these training techniques were well prepared for the race and rode through the finish line with great times. Thanks a lot Charles, amazing momments and impressions from the Western Cape, South Africa. We shall come again..

I was supposed to climb a mountain but went cycling with charles on a Soulriding Tour in the Western cape. The hotels were fantastic, espeially the villa in Cape Town, first class food and wine, the local people so friendly. We rode over 800km and all the best passes, a great training programm.
