Our philosophy at SOUL Riding is to offer you an active experience set amongst the coastal and mountainous regions of the Overberg.

Our tours are led by experienced cyclists and we have full bus support and provide isotonic drink for your refreshment along the way.  Bottles are sold if necessary.  Mountainbike rental is included in the price from reputable bike shops in the area.

We aspire to offer you a Day Tour experience which is suitable for all fitness levels.

• We ride into the Kogelberg  Nature reserve, ‘the heart of the Cape Floral kingdom’, deep into the reserve, where we have a turning point at a small dam. Here we can swim and relax thoose legs, and fill up the water bottles in the cool mountain reserve water. Afterwards we head back to the start. This route is 24km.

• It's back into the bus and we drive to the nearby Protea Farm, "Lamloch Estate" provide us with a geat lunch made from local produce.  Have a coffee or milkshake and just chill for a while.
• If you have not had enough biking, we track back into the Protea farm and head up the pass towards Grabouw.  After a tough climb, we get to the top of the highlands.  From here you have a great panoramic view of the coastline, and we enjoy the awsome downhill down the gravel road to the main road, where we head back to the farm.

• We then transfer you back to your starting point.  All in all a great days mountainbiking.
